SNX19

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SNX19 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,109 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SNX19-associated proteins across cancer lineages are VPS26B, RPS6, and ARHGEF12. Each is linked with SNX19 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SNX19-to-partner and partner-to-SNX19 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SNX19 versus VPS26B in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.36.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SNX19→partner) and Y-score (partner→SNX19) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
