SNX19

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SNX19 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,093 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SNX19-associated genes across cancer lineages are SNX25, RNF133, and RNF148. Each is linked with SNX19 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SNX19-to-partner and partner-to-SNX19 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SNX19 versus SNX25 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.60.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SNX19→partner) and Y-score (partner→SNX19) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
