Across TCGA cell cohorts, SNX19 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,555 significant associations in total. CNS shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SNX19-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Dense core granule maturation, Secretory granule maturation, and Protein polyubiquitination. Each is linked with SNX19 in more than 18 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SNX19-to-partner and partner-to-SNX19 results are reported.
