Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, SNX18P5 RNA is linked to patient survival in 11 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated SNX18P5 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in lymphoid neoplasm diffuse large b-cell lymphoma (DLBC), where higher SNX18P5 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated SNX18P5 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as BLCA and LIHC show a favorable association.

DLBC, COAD, and STAD are the cancer types where SNX18P5 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
