Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, SNX18 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 4 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated SNX18 data layer compared with 21 for mass-spec protein and 7 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher SNX18 Mutation is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated SNX18 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC and BLCA show a favorable association.
UCEC, BLCA, and GBM are the cancer types where SNX18 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
