Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, SNX18 mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 7 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated SNX18 data layer compared with 21 for mass-spec protein and 4 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher SNX18 mass-spec protein is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated SNX18 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as LUAD and CCRCC show a favorable association.

UCEC, LSCC, and LUAD are the cancer types where SNX18 mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
