SNX18

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SNX18 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 20,047 significant associations in total. UVM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SNX18-associated genes across cancer lineages are CHM, PJA2, and NHSL2. Each is linked with SNX18 in more than 33 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SNX18-to-partner and partner-to-SNX18 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SNX18 versus CHM in UVM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.85.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SNX18→partner) and Y-score (partner→SNX18) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
