SNX18

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SNX18 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,995 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SNX18-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CLPX, MAP1A, and CNN2. Each is linked with SNX18 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SNX18-to-partner and partner-to-SNX18 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SNX18 versus CLPX in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of -0.36.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SNX18→partner) and Y-score (partner→SNX18) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
