SNX17

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SNX17 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,694 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SNX17-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PPM1G, SLC4A1AP, and DNAJC2. Each is linked with SNX17 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SNX17-to-partner and partner-to-SNX17 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SNX17 versus PPM1G in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.53.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SNX17→partner) and Y-score (partner→SNX17) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
