SNX16

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SNX16 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 8,400 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SNX16-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SNX16_S29, TCEA1, and NCOA2. Each is linked with SNX16 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SNX16-to-partner and partner-to-SNX16 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SNX16 versus SNX16_S29 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.57.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SNX16→partner) and Y-score (partner→SNX16) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
