Across TCGA cell cohorts, SNX16 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,642 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SNX16-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Golgi organization, Early endosome to late endosome transport, and Vesicle-mediated transport between endosomal compartments. Each is linked with SNX16 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SNX16-to-partner and partner-to-SNX16 results are reported.
