Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, SNX14 mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 6 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated SNX14 data layer compared with 23 for mass-spec protein and 8 for mutation status.
The strongest signal is observed in clear cell renal cell carcinoma (CCRCC), where higher SNX14 mass-spec protein is associated with better overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated SNX14 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as CCRCC and HNSC show a favorable association.
CCRCC, HNSC, and LUAD are the cancer types where SNX14 mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
