SNX14

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, SNX14 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,737 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SNX14-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are 1-phosphatidyl-1D-myo-inositol 3,5-bisphosphate metabolic process, 7-methylguanosine mRNA capping, and 7-methylguanosine RNA capping. Each is linked with SNX14 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SNX14-to-partner and partner-to-SNX14 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, 1-phosphatidyl-1D-myo-inositol 3,5-bisphosphate metabolic process grouped by SNX14-low versus SNX14-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SNX14→partner) and Y-score (partner→SNX14) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
