SNX14

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, SNX14 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SNX14-associated genes across cancer lineages are RTL4, C1QB, and C20orf85. Each is linked with SNX14 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SNX14-to-partner and partner-to-SNX14 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RTL4 grouped by SNX14-low versus SNX14-high in LUNG_SCLC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SNX14→partner) and Y-score (partner→SNX14) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
