Across TCGA cell cohorts, SNX13 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,419 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SNX13-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Golgi vesicle transport, Positive regulation of isotype switching to IgG isotypes, and Endoplasmic reticulum to Golgi vesicle-mediated transport. Each is linked with SNX13 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SNX13-to-partner and partner-to-SNX13 results are reported.
