Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, SNX12 mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 7 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated SNX12 data layer compared with 23 for mass-spec protein and 1 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in clear cell renal cell carcinoma (CCRCC), where higher SNX12 mass-spec protein is associated with better overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated SNX12 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as CCRCC and PDAC show a favorable association.

CCRCC, LSCC, and UCEC are the cancer types where SNX12 mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
