SNX12

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SNX12 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,436 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SNX12-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SPCS3, GMPPA, and PBDC1. Each is linked with SNX12 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SNX12-to-partner and partner-to-SNX12 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SNX12 versus SPCS3 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of -0.43.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SNX12→partner) and Y-score (partner→SNX12) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
