SNX11

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SNX11 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,603 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SNX11-associated proteins across cancer lineages are UBE2Z, NPEPPS, and PNPO. Each is linked with SNX11 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SNX11-to-partner and partner-to-SNX11 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SNX11 versus UBE2Z in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.52.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SNX11→partner) and Y-score (partner→SNX11) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
