The strongest signal is observed in esophageal carcinoma (ESCA), where higher SNX10 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated SNX10 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
ESCA, BRCA, and LIHC are the cancer types where SNX10 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
