SNX10

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SNX10 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,080 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SNX10-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ITGAL, ARHGAP25, and ARHGAP30. Each is linked with SNX10 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SNX10-to-partner and partner-to-SNX10 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SNX10 versus ITGAL in PDAC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.53.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SNX10→partner) and Y-score (partner→SNX10) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
