SNX10

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SNX10 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,053 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SNX10-associated genes across cancer lineages are AMPD3, LILRA5, and CARD8-AS1. Each is linked with SNX10 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SNX10-to-partner and partner-to-SNX10 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SNX10 versus AMPD3 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.58.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SNX10→partner) and Y-score (partner→SNX10) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
