The most reproducible SNX10-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Protein localization to microtubule cytoskeleton, Cell cycle phase transition, and Nuclear pore organization. Each is linked with SNX10 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SNX10-to-partner and partner-to-SNX10 results are reported.
