SNX1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SNX1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,993 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SNX1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are LRPPRC, HDGFL3, and NEO1. Each is linked with SNX1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SNX1-to-partner and partner-to-SNX1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SNX1 versus LRPPRC in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of -0.46.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SNX1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SNX1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
