Across TCGA patient cohorts, SNX1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 31 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SNX1-associated genes across cancer lineages are ATM, Caspase-7-cleavedD198, and FOXO3a_pS318_S321. Each is linked with SNX1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SNX1-to-partner and partner-to-SNX1 results are reported.
