SNW1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SNW1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 16,787 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SNW1-associated genes across cancer lineages are EXO1, CCNB1IP1, and NUP85. Each is linked with SNW1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SNW1-to-partner and partner-to-SNW1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SNW1 versus EXO1 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.50.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SNW1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SNW1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
