SNW1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SNW1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,102 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SNW1-associated genes across cancer lineages are PATE3, UNC93B8, and MEMO1P3. Each is linked with SNW1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SNW1-to-partner and partner-to-SNW1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PATE3 grouped by SNW1-low versus SNW1-high in LIHC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SNW1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SNW1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
