Across TCGA patient cohorts, SNURFL RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,111 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SNURFL-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of calcium ion transport, Regulation of protein secretion, and Carbohydrate homeostasis. Each is linked with SNURFL in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SNURFL-to-partner and partner-to-SNURFL results are reported.
