SNURF

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SNURF RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 8,415 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SNURF-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CGAS, AGO1, and DNMT1_S714. Each is linked with SNURF in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SNURF-to-partner and partner-to-SNURF results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SNURF versus CGAS in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of -0.23.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SNURF→partner) and Y-score (partner→SNURF) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
