SNURF

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, SNURF RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,727 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SNURF-associated genes across cancer lineages are SNRPN, TP53BP1, and SAFB2. Each is linked with SNURF in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SNURF-to-partner and partner-to-SNURF results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SNURF versus SNRPN in LUNG_NSCLC_LUSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.94.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SNURF→partner) and Y-score (partner→SNURF) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
