SNUPN

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SNUPN RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,668 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SNUPN-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RTF1, EDC3, and ANP32A. Each is linked with SNUPN in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SNUPN-to-partner and partner-to-SNUPN results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SNUPN versus RTF1 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.40.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SNUPN→partner) and Y-score (partner→SNUPN) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
