Across TCGA patient cohorts, SNUPN protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,114 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SNUPN-associated genes across cancer lineages are WDR61, RAB11A, and RPLP1. Each is linked with SNUPN in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SNUPN-to-partner and partner-to-SNUPN results are reported.
