Across TCGA cell cohorts, SNUPN RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,155 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SNUPN-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are RNA import into nucleus, snRNA transport, and Regulation of attachment of spindle microtubules to kinetochore. Each is linked with SNUPN in more than 18 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SNUPN-to-partner and partner-to-SNUPN results are reported.
