The strongest signal is observed in colon adenocarcinoma (COAD), where higher SNTN Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated SNTN expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
COAD, STAD, and UCEC are the cancer types where SNTN Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
