SNTG2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SNTG2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,205 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SNTG2-associated genes across cancer lineages are BUB3, CHCHD4, and GHITM. Each is linked with SNTG2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SNTG2-to-partner and partner-to-SNTG2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, BUB3 grouped by SNTG2-low versus SNTG2-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SNTG2→partner) and Y-score (partner→SNTG2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
