Across TCGA cell cohorts, SNTB2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,161 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SNTB2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Nuclear transport, Establishment of RNA localization, and Nucleocytoplasmic transport. Each is linked with SNTB2 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SNTB2-to-partner and partner-to-SNTB2 results are reported.
