SNRPGP7

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SNRPGP7 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 3,295 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SNRPGP7-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TPT1, TRIM56_S475, and TTR_S72. Each is linked with SNRPGP7 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SNRPGP7-to-partner and partner-to-SNRPGP7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SNRPGP7 versus TPT1 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.32.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SNRPGP7→partner) and Y-score (partner→SNRPGP7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
