SNRPGP5

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SNRPGP5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,867 significant associations in total. UVM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SNRPGP5-associated genes across cancer lineages are BTBD7P1, RAD51-AS1, and ARGLU1. Each is linked with SNRPGP5 in more than 28 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SNRPGP5-to-partner and partner-to-SNRPGP5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SNRPGP5 versus BTBD7P1 in LAML, with a Pearson correlation of 0.82.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SNRPGP5→partner) and Y-score (partner→SNRPGP5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
