SNRPGP4

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SNRPGP4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,549 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SNRPGP4-associated proteins across cancer lineages are NMNAT3, ALDH5A1, and NRBF2. Each is linked with SNRPGP4 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SNRPGP4-to-partner and partner-to-SNRPGP4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SNRPGP4 versus NMNAT3 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.39.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SNRPGP4→partner) and Y-score (partner→SNRPGP4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
