SNRPGP3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SNRPGP3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,280 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SNRPGP3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are STRIP2_S318, RHEB, and STRIP2. Each is linked with SNRPGP3 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SNRPGP3-to-partner and partner-to-SNRPGP3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SNRPGP3 versus STRIP2_S318 in PDAC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.56.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SNRPGP3→partner) and Y-score (partner→SNRPGP3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
