SNRPGP18

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SNRPGP18 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 7,822 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SNRPGP18-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SMC1A, SMC3, and TAF5. Each is linked with SNRPGP18 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SNRPGP18-to-partner and partner-to-SNRPGP18 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SNRPGP18 versus SMC1A in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.52.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SNRPGP18→partner) and Y-score (partner→SNRPGP18) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
