Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, SNRPGP10 RNA differs between tumor and matched normal tissue in 16 of 18 cancer types tested, making tumor–normal expression one of SNRPGP10’s most consistent transcriptional readouts.
The strongest signal is observed in colon adenocarcinoma (COAD), where SNRPGP10 RNA is more highly expressed in tumor relative to normal tissue. In most cancer types SNRPGP10 is over-expressed in tumor, although a few such as KICH and PAAD show the opposite, repressed pattern.
COAD, STAD, and HNSC are the cancer types where SNRPGP10 tumor–normal differential expression is most reproducible.
