Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SNRPGP1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 8,043 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SNRPGP1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ATL1, ATL1_S10, and ATL1_S23. Each is linked with SNRPGP1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SNRPGP1-to-partner and partner-to-SNRPGP1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SNRPGP1 versus ATL1 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.40.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SNRPGP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SNRPGP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
