Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, SNRPFP3 RNA is linked to patient survival in 2 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated SNRPFP3 data layer.
The strongest signal is observed in kidney renal clear cell carcinoma (KIRC), where higher SNRPFP3 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated SNRPFP3 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
KIRC and STAD are the cancer types where SNRPFP3 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
