The strongest signal is observed in esophageal carcinoma (ESCA), where higher SNRPF Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated SNRPF expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
ESCA are the cancer types where SNRPF Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
