SNRPD2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SNRPD2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 19,576 significant associations in total. THYM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SNRPD2-associated genes across cancer lineages are ROMO1, LSM7, and ZNF428. Each is linked with SNRPD2 in more than 32 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SNRPD2-to-partner and partner-to-SNRPD2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SNRPD2 versus ROMO1 in DLBC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.70.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SNRPD2→partner) and Y-score (partner→SNRPD2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
