SNRPD2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SNRPD2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,229 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SNRPD2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are LIG1, PRMT1, and GNL3. Each is linked with SNRPD2 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SNRPD2-to-partner and partner-to-SNRPD2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SNRPD2 versus LIG1 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.40.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SNRPD2→partner) and Y-score (partner→SNRPD2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
