Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SNRPD2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 603 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SNRPD2-associated genes across cancer lineages are PTMAP3, SKA1, and CDC25A. Each is linked with SNRPD2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SNRPD2-to-partner and partner-to-SNRPD2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PTMAP3 grouped by SNRPD2-low versus SNRPD2-high in SKCM.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SNRPD2→partner) and Y-score (partner→SNRPD2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
