Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SNRPD1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 43 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SNRPD1-associated genes across cancer lineages are NDUFB4P5, MIR6793, and MIR6851. Each is linked with SNRPD1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SNRPD1-to-partner and partner-to-SNRPD1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, NDUFB4P5 grouped by SNRPD1-low versus SNRPD1-high in BLCA.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SNRPD1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SNRPD1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
