Across TCGA cell cohorts, SNRPD1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,501 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SNRPD1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of DNA replication, Mitotic sister chromatid cohesion, and Chromosome localization. Each is linked with SNRPD1 in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SNRPD1-to-partner and partner-to-SNRPD1 results are reported.
