Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SNRPCP9 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,312 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SNRPCP9-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CRMP1, EIF3M, and NAA20. Each is linked with SNRPCP9 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SNRPCP9-to-partner and partner-to-SNRPCP9 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SNRPCP9 versus CRMP1 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.26.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SNRPCP9→partner) and Y-score (partner→SNRPCP9) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
